• Retainer - An agreed time quota within a certain period, with monthly payments. Perfect for long-term collaboration with flexible requirements.

• On a time and material basis - billed at an hourly rate. The hourly rate varies depending on the scope of services booked and the agreed time quota.

• Timeboxed - A product or solution is developed within a fixed period of time in order to reach a defined intermediate status. This does not guarantee completion, but ensures that tangible results are achieved within the time frame.

Hybrid models: the best combination for your project

Different models can be combined for complex projects. For example, a timeboxed proof of concept can serve as an introduction, with subsequent implementation as a retainer or on a time and material basis:
